Bank Nizwa SAOG (the “Bank”) would like to disclose that the Bank has communicated to United Finance Co SAOG via letter its interest to explore the possibility of a strategic merger between the two entities. This proposal is subject to both parties agreeing to the terms of the arrangement and obtaining the necessary approvals from the respective Shareholders and  Regulators. The Bank will update the market on any developments on this matter.
